Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase from RAVIC TESS. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options.
Eligibility for Returns:
You may initiate a return for products that are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.
Timeframe for Returns:
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Process:

Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
Product Condition:
The returned product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Return Shipping:
If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item received), we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses.
Refund or Exchange:
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund. You may also choose to exchange the item for another product of the same value.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method
Non-Returnable Items:
Personalized or custom-made T-shirts cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error.
